निकल फिर जहाँ हो ,प्रकृति का खुला मैदान।
नंगे पाँव चलते हुए उस नरम सी घास पर।
धरती को छूती,उंगलियां आएं, नरम घास से बाहर।
धरती को छूते लगे, जैसे सहला रही हो प्यार से।
भर उठे मन तेरा फिर ,प्यार के उन्माद से।
चलते हुए आनंद से , उस उपजाऊ धरती पर,
अपने साथ प्रशंसा ,प्यार ,शांति, आभार के बीज रख।
भौतिक संपत्ति, कल्याण ,परमानंद ,परस्पर सौहार्द।
चलता हुआ इन बीजों को ,धरती पर दे डाल।
सूर्य की किरणें और वर्षा से होगा इनका पोषण।
चमकते सुंदर पौधों का देख फिर तू आकर्षण ।
छू रहा हो कुछ और हो जाए जैसे दिल के आर पार।
लौटाकर सब कुछ ये धरती ,जैसे दे रही हो आभार।
परस्पर सौहार्द ,कल्याण ,परमानंद ,प्रशंसा ,शांति, संपत्ति ,प्यार।
भीतर ही बन गया जैसे इनका भंडार ,यही है जीवन का सार।

Jeevan kee karana chaahe jo ,bheetar se pahachaan .
Nikal phir jahaan ho ,prakrti ka khula maidaan.
Nange paanv chalate hue us naram see ghaas par.
Dharatee ko chhootee,ungaliyaan aaen, naram ghaas se baahar.
Dharati ko chhoote lage, jaise sahala rahee ho pyaar se.
Bhar uthe man tera phir ,pyaar ke unmaad se.
Chalate hue aanand se , us upajaoo dharatee par,
Apane saath prashansa ,pyaar ,shaanti, aabhaar ke beej rakh.
Bhautik sampatti, kalyaan ,paramaanand ,paraspar sauhaard.
Chalta hua in beejon ko ,dharatee par de daal.
Soorye kee kiranen aur varsha se hoga inaka poshan.
Chamakte sundar paudhon ka dekh phir too aakarshan .
Chhoo raha ho kuchh aur ho jae jaise dil ke aar paar.
Lautaakar sab kuchh ye dharatee ,jaise de rahee ho aabhaar.
Paraspar sauhaard ,kalyaan ,paramaanand ,prashansa ,shaanti, sampatti ,pyaar.
Bheetar hee ban gaya jaise inaka bhandaar ,yahee hai jeevan ka saar.

Whoever wants to identify life,from within.
Wherever you are,go in the open field of nature.
Walking barefoot on that soft grass.
Touching the earth,soft grass come out of the fingers.
Started touching the earth, as if shaking with love.
Your mind was filled again with love's frenzy.
Walking happily, on that fertile earth,
Keep the seeds of appreciation, love, peace, gratitude with you.
Material property, welfare, ecstasy, mutual harmony.
While walking, put these seeds on the firtle earth.
They will be nourished by the sun's rays and rain.
Then you see the beautiful sparkling plants.
Something touching, ,like it crosses the heart.
After returning everything ,this earth, like giving gratitude.
Mutual harmony, welfare, ecstasy, appreciation, peace, wealth, love.
Inside became like a storehouse, this is the essence of life.
