हमने तो वही सिखा जो औरों ने हमें सिखाया।
खुद के भीतर झांका तो ,खुद को खाली पाया।

जब खुद से कुछ ,खुद के लिए पाना चाहा।
तो समाज ने एक दायरा और नियम बनाया।

देखा जब दायरों में जाकर, सब कुछ सीमित पाया।
 जैसे हर चीज का यहाँ अभाव ही अभाव पाया।

इस ब्रह्मांड में किसी चीज की कोई कमी नहीं है।
भीतर झांका तभी यह नियम मेरी समझ में आया।

विचारों की बस कमी है भीतर, उसको लाना होगा ऊपर।
सकारात्मक विचारों का यह राज़ फिर मेरी समझ में आया.

समाज की पाबंदियां से उठकर देखो,इनसे कुछ ऊपर सोचो।
पाओगे जो तुम चाहोगे, मेरे विश्वास और विचारों ने समझाया।

 पुरानी दायरों से बाहर निकलकर, अब मैं ऊपर उठ रहा हूँ,
अपने भीतर को समझकऱ,  नयी परिस्थितियों को मैंने बनाया।

 पीछे को तुम पीछे छोड़ो , खुद के निर्णय खुद पर छोड़ो।
जीवन को मैंने सही दिशा दी ,स्वंय नियामक इसे बनाया।

मुझे ही अपना आज  तय करना है, और मुझे ही अपना कल।
 जीवन जीना है  कैसे अपना, आज मुझे यह समझ में आया।

Hamane to vahee sikha jo auron ne hamen sikhaaya.
Khud ke bheetar jhaanka to ,khud ko khaalee paaya.

Jab khud se kuchh ,khud ke lie paana chaaha.
To samaaj ne ek daayara aur niyam banaaya.

Dekha jab daayaron mein jaakar, sab kuchh seemit paaya.
 Jaise har cheej ka yahaan abhaav hee abhaav paaya.

Is brahmaand mein kisee cheej kee koee kamee nahin hai.
Bheetar jhaanka tabhee yah niyam meree samajh mein aaya.

Vichaaron kee bas kamee hai bheetar, usako laana hoga oopar.
Sakaaraatmak vichaaron ka yah raaz phir meree samajh mein aaya.

Samaaj kee paabandiyaan se uthakar dekho,inase kuchh oopar socho.
Paoge jo tum chaahoge, mere vishvaas aur vichaaron ne samajhaaya.

 Puraanee daayaron se baahar nikalakar, ab main oopar uth raha hoon,
Apane bheetar ko samajhakar,  nayee paristhitiyon ko mainne banaaya.

 Peechhe ko tum peechhe chhodo , khud ke nirnay khud par chhodo.
Jeevan ko mainne sahee disha dee ,svany niyaamak ise banaaya.

Mujhe hee apana aaj  tay karana hai, aur mujhe hee apana kal.
 Jeevan jeena hai  kaise apana, aaj mujhe yah samajh mein aaya.

Peep inside you

We taught what others taught us.
The peep inside myself found itself empty.

When I wanted to get something from myself, for myself.
So society created a scope and rules.

Seen when going in circles, found everything limited.
 Like everything is found lacking  and scarce here only.

There is no shortage of anything in this universe.
That rule came to my mind when I looked inside.

There is just a lack of thoughts inside, it has to be brought up.
I understood the secret of positive thoughts again.

Get up from the restrictions of society and think above them.
You will get what you want, my beliefs and thoughts explained.

 Stepping out of the old circles, now I am rising up
Understanding myself, I created new situations.

 You leave behind, leave .make your own decisions to yourself.
I gave life the right direction, the regulation of myself made it.

यथार्थ क्या है ,क्या वही, जो महसूस हुआ ,या यह है कुछ और ही।
अब दिखा,वो पहले कहाँ था ,जब तक वह आँखों से दिखा नहीं।

हमने जब आँखों से देखा ,तब ही  उसका सच अपनाया,
प्यार ,संपत्ति , हर्ष पहले भी था ,माना तब, जब हाथ में आया।

जो हम चाहते हैं ,पर है नहीं ,इसका मतलब यह नहीं, वह है नहीं।
 जब नज़र दोडा़एं ,पर कुछ दिखे नहीं,पर वह होता है वो वहीं कहीं।
मन समझता है मूल्य,महत्व  ,तर्क और हालात को,
शक्ति बहुत है मानव में,बदल सकता है कभी भी हालात को।

संपूर्ण ऊर्जा को संगठित कर  मानव ,मान इस बात को,
बदल सकते है सब ,बस काबू करना है जज्बात को।

अनंत चेतना ही हमारी आत्मा है इसकी शक्ति से सब बदला जा सकता है।
जो तुम चाहो जीवन में अपने ,तुम्हारे जीवन में जो तुम चाहो वह आ सकता है।

जो दिखता है वस्तुनिष्ठ पर होता है व्यक्तिनिष्ठ ,चाहो तो विचारों से सब बदल सकते हो।
शब्द, विश्वास , विचार से तुम दुनिया अपनी बदल सकते हो।

विचारों का झरना तो अंदर तेरे उठेगा,  प्रकृति को समझना है।

कहो फिर ,जीवन में मैं जो चाहता हूँ, उसको आकर्षित करता हूँ।

Yathaarth kya hai ,kya vahee, jo mahasoos hua ,ya yah hai kuchh aur hee.
Ab dikha,vo pahale kahaan tha ,jab tak vah aankhon se dikha nahin.

Hamane jab aankhon se dekha ,tab hee  usaka sach apanaaya,
Pyaar ,sampatti , harsh pahale bhee tha ,maana tab, jab haath mein aaya.

Jo ham chaahate hain ,par hai nahin ,isaka matalab yah nahin, vah hai nahin.
 Jab nazar dodaen ,par kuchh dikhe nahin,par vah hota hai vo vaheen kaheen.
Man samajhata hai mooly,mahatv  ,tark aur haalaat ko,
Shakti bahut hai maanav mein,badal sakata hai kabhee bhee haalaat ko.

Sampoorn oorja ko sangathit kar  maanav ,maan is baat ko,
Badal sakate hai sab ,bas kaaboo karana hai jajbaat ko.

Anant chetana hee hamaaree aatma hai isakee shakti se sab badala ja sakata hai.
Jo tum chaaho jeevan mein apane ,tumhaare jeevan mein jo tum chaaho vah aa sakata hai.

Jo dikhata hai vastunishth par hota hai vyaktinishth ,chaaho to vichaaron se sab badal sakate ho.
Shabd, vishvaas , vichaar se tum duniya apanee badal sakate ho.

Vichaaron ka jharana to andar tere uthega,  prakrti ko samajhana hai.
Aaj se hee pran lekar, usako aatmasaat karana hai.

Kaho phir ,jeevan mein main jo chaahata hoon, usako aakarshit karata hoon.
Apane jeevan mein har ichchha ko paakar, jeevan ko harshit karata hoon.

Chaahe khushee ,pyaar ,dost ya ho paisa ,
Chaaho jab tum kuchh paana aisa.
Khule rakho apane man ke dvaar ,
Har cheej kee phir hogee bharamaar.

Sabase pahale achchhee soch jagao ,
Paalo jo phir tum paana chaaho.
Apanee ichchhaon ko chaahe badhao ,
Par kisee ka bura na chaaho.

Ichchhaon ke beej ko apane,
Tum achchhee jameen par do panapane.
Phir is prakrti se  tum pa lo ,
Jo bhee tum isase paano chaaho.

Peechhe kee ab soch na rakhana,
 Bas aage hee aage badhana.
Isake paas hai apaar bhandaar ,
Honge phir jeevan mein chamatkaar.

Kholana hoga pehle dvaar mann ka.

Saaree duniya mein phail jaatee hai.

Phool,  jharane, pahaad, jaanavar,,
Prakrti ke paas hai apaar bhandaar.

 Tum jara dhyaan se to dekho ,
Pyaar, ekata ka paath to seekho.

Sab kaamanaen hongee pooree ,
Jo door karoge prakrti se dooree.

Jio jara, khushee aur poornata se ,
Khud ko poorn karane ko ,sampoornata se.

Hamen ise dhoondhana nahin padega, sirph dekhana hai
Band daravaazon ko apane kholana hai.

Yeh khud aa jaegee apane paas ,
Jaise khidakee kholate, hota hai prakaash.

Prakrti ke upahaaron ko sveekaar karo,
 In sabase apane bhandaar bharo.

Paega jab apana lakshay,har taraph phir hoga tera naam.
Naam tere kee goonj uthegee , vahee hoga tera inaam.

Uth ab sochana kaisa u,gata sooraj teree shuruaat.
Mehanat teree,  tera karam ,laega sukh kee saugaat.

Kar dua too , kuchh hee din bache hain ghutan ke ab,

अब रहना तो है हमको घर में।
पर रहना नहीं है हमको डर के।

काम तो घर के करने  है।
पर घर कूड़े से ना भरने हैं।
तो आओ कुछ नियम बनाएं।
कूड़े को पहले अलग कर आएं।

गीला कूड़ा अलग से रख कर,
उसको एक डरम्म में भरकर,
क्यों ना ऑर्गेनिक खाद बनाएं,
बाद में उसको काम में लाएं।

सूखा कूड़ा रद्दी में संभाले,
 उसका अलग ढेर बना ले।
कागज चाहे ड्रम में डालें,
पर प्लास्टिक को बाहर निकाले।

यूं ही सफाई आसपास रहेगी।
आसपास गंदगी नहीं बढ़ेगी।
साफ-सफाई हमको रखनी है।
ऐसे धरती माँ की सेवा करनी है।

वातावरण को जब आराम मिलेगा,
तभी तो अपना साथ चलेगा।
करेंगे जो उसकी बर्बादी का इंतजाम,
तू जानता है क्या होगा इसका अंजाम।

वक्त रहते जो नहीं हम समझे,
रह जाएंगे फिर हाथ मलते।
 धरती भी दे जाएगी फिर धोखा,
यह ना कहना कि किसी ने ना रोका।

बात मेरी मान लो तुम,
गंदगी अब ना कहीं फैलाना तुम।
आस-पास सब साफ रखना,
 धरती का तुम ध्यान रखना।

Koode ko pahale alag kar aaen.

Geela kooda alag se rakh kar,
Usako ek daramm mein bharakar,
Kyon na orgenik khaad banaen,
Baad mein usako kaam mein laen.

Sookha kooda raddee mein sambhaale,
Uska alag dher bana len.
Kaagaj chaahe dram mein daalen,
Par plaastik ko baahar nikaale.

Yoon hee saphaee aasapaas rahegee.
Aasapaas gandagee nahin badhegee.
Saaph-saphaee hamako rakhanee hai.
Aise dharatee maan kee seva karni hai.

Vaataavaran ko jab aaraam milega,
Tabhee to apana saath chalega.

Vakt rahate jo nahin ham samajhe,

Now we have to stay at home.
But we do not have to live in fear.

Work has to be done at home.
But the houses are not be filled with garbage.
So let's make some rules.
Segregate garbage first.

Keeping wet garbage separately,(kitchen waste)
Filling it in a dorm,
Why not make organic manure,
And Use it later.

Dry garbage should be handled in the trash,
 Make a separate pile of it.
One can Pour small paper into the drum of kitchen waste. ,
But take out the plastic.

Just like this, cleanliness will be around.

We have to keep cleanliness.

 सोचता है खड़ा किया मुश्किलों में ,तू कितना नादान है।

दीवार मुश्किलों की तोड़ देंगे हम, हममें इतनी जान है।

किया होगा कुछ तुमने, कुछ मैंने ऐसा ,जो यह सिला मिला।
हर किसी को करनी का अपनी ,मिलता कभी ना कभी इनाम है।

पत्ता भी जब  हिल नहीं सकता उस खुदा की चाहतों के बिना,
