काफ़िया अर्द

रदीफ़ है

कैसे उनको कहें, दिल में क्या दर्द है।

अगर कहें भी बड़ा वो तो बेदर्द है।

टीस दिल में उठी इस कदर,जैसे के,

तोड़ती जिस्म कोई हवा सर्द है।

कितने टुकड़े हुए दिल के पूछे कोई।

टूट कर दिल मेरा ये हुआ गर्द(खाक) है।

खून दिल से मेरे देखो रिसने लगा।

जिस्म सारा मेरा यह हुआ ज़र्द (पीला) है।

क्या पढ़ोगे इसे, देर अब हो चुकी।

यह तो खाली पड़ा सा हुआ फ़र्द(चिठ्ठा) है।

अब उबरना हुआ मुश्किलों से भरा।

साफ पानी जो था, बन चुका कर्द(कीचड़,दलदल) है।

आजमाया सदा जोर इक क्षीण पर।

कोई ऐसा यहां एक भी मर्द है।

दर्द अपना लिए खुद ही चलते रहे।

"गीत" को है मिला कौन हमदर्द है।

Kaise unako kahen, dil mein kya dard hai.

Agar kahen bhee bada vo to bedard hai.

Tees dil mein uthee is kadar,jaise ke,

Todatee jism koee hava sard hai.

Kitane tukade hue dil ke poochhe koee.

Toot kar dil mera ye hua gard(khaak) hai.

Khoon dil se mere dekho risane laga.

Jism saara mera yah hua zard (peela) hai.

Kya padhoge ise, der ab ho chukee.

Yah to khaalee pada sa hua fard(chiththa) hai.

Ab ubarana hua mushkilon se bhara.

Saaph paanee jo tha, ban chuka kard(keechad,daladal) hai.

Aajamaaya sada jor ik ksheen par.

Koee aisa yahaan ek bhee mard hai.

Dard apana lie khud hee chalate rahe.

रदीफ़ कभी

देखे  मौसम बदलते, ये बंधन कभी ।

पल में पतझड़ कभी, देखा सावन कभी।

पल सकूं के थे बस, मैंने काटे वही।

बैठा जब तेरे आकर मैं आंगन कभी।

मुश्किलों ने  तो दामन को छोड़ा नहीं।

जेब में एक था और इकावन कभी।

तोहमतों के सभी रंग हमको मिले।

जो रहा अपना रिश्ता था पावन कभी।

साथ चलते हुए, आज बदला तो क्या।

था समां अपना भी तो सुहावन कभी।

आज सुनसान दिखती है गलियां जहां ।

देखे मैंने खनकते थे कंगन कभी।

"गीत" को तो  सहारा था मांँ बाप का।

जब पकड़ कर चली उनका दामन कभी।

हो ही जाती है वो आंच मध्यम कभी।

Aise dekhe badalate ye mausam kabhee .

Pal mein patajhad kabhee dekha saavan kabhee.

Pal sakoon ke the bas, mainne kaate vahee.

Baitha jab tere aakar main aangan kabhee.

Mushkilon ne  to daaman ko chhoda nahin.

Jeb mein ek tha aur ikaavan kabhee.

Tohamaton ke sabhee rang hamako mile.

Jo raha apana rishta tha paavan kabhee.

Saath chalate hue, aaj badala to kya.

Tha samaan apana bhee to suhaavan kabhee.

Aaj sunasaan dikhatee hai galiyaan jahaan .

Dekh mainne khanakate the kangan kabhee.

Jo bhadakatee hai pahale bade jor se.

Ho hee jaatee hai vo aanch madhyam kabhee.

सोचा था दिन बुरे भी ये टल जाएंगे।

आज होंगे बुरे, कल निकल जाएंगे।

माना पत्थर है दिल, उनका पर वो कभी।

एक दिन धीरे-धीरे पिघल जाएंगे।

सब लुटा कर उन्हें प्यार हमने किया।

सोचा हमने न था वो बदल जाएंगे।

साथ उनका दिया  बिन ये समझे के वो।

देके धोखा  यूँ आगे  निकल जाएंगे।

था भरोसा बड़ा खुद पे हमको मगर।

पर कहांँ जानते थे, फिसल जाएंगे।

आज कब क्या हुआ, कुछ पता ना चला।

राज़ कल सब पता, सबको चल जाएंगे।

खो दिए उन्हों ने मंजिलों के निशां।

सोचते थे जो आगे, कि कल जाएंगे।

करके मेहनत संँवारा हुनर "गीत" ने।

पर कहांँ था पता सब यूंँ जल जाएंगे।

Socha tha din bure bhee ye tal jaenge.

Aaj honge bure, kal nikal jaenge.

Maana patthar hai dil, unaka par vo kabhee.

Ek din dheere-dheere pighal jaenge.

Sab loota kar unhen pyaar hamane kiya.

Socha hamane na tha vo badal jaenge.

Saath unaka diya  bin ye samajhe ke vo.

Deke dhokha  yoon aage  nikal jaenge

Tha bharosa bada khud pe hamako magar

Par kahaann jaanate the, phisal jaenge

Aaj kab kya hua, kuchh pata na chala

Raaz kal sab pata sabako chal jaenge

Kho die unhon ne manjilon ke nishaan

Sochate the jo aage ki kal jaenge

Kar ke mehanat sannvaara hunar "geet" ne

Par kahaann tha pata sab yoonn jal jaenge

दिल लगा कर खुशी दी कभी प्यार में।

है हँसाया कभी, तो रुलाया कभी।

राह चलते हुए जो भटक मैं गया।

नींद से तुमने मुझको जगाया कभी।

फर्ज मां बाप अपना निभाते रहे।

राह पकड़ी बुरी जब हटाया कभी।

कोई समझा नहीं प्यार को ही मेरे।

या मुझे ही जताना न आया कभी।

प्यार करता है वो कबसे कितना उसे।

Dur rehakar mujhe tha sataaya kabhee.

Dil laga kar khushee dee kabhee pyaar mein.

Hai hansaaya kabhee, to rulaaya kabhee.

Raah chalate hue jo bhatak main gaya.

Neend se tumane mujhako jagaaya kabhee.

Pharj maan baap apana nibhaate rahe.

Raah pakadee buree jab hataaya kabhee.

Koee samajha nahin pyaar ko hee mere.

Ya mujhe hee jataana na aaya kabhee.

तब याद आई तू ही है जालिम मेरा कातल।

Aannkhen meree barasee ke jaise barase hon baadal .

Rotee rahee main yaad kar .

Rakh khat ko apane seene par .

Ro-ro ke teree yaad mein bahata raha kaajal .

Kangan mere jab bajane lage .

Tab bhaav mere sab jagane lage.

Choodee mujhe pahanaee thee ban ke jo ik gaajal.(choodee vaala)

Seene lage jab teer the.

Yaadon ko teree cheer ke .

Tab yaad aaee too hee hai jaalim mera kaatal.

My eyes are like raining clouds.

रदीफ़ नहीं की

जो मैंने ही मिलने की जुर्रत नहीं की ।

तो तुमने भी मिलने की ज़हमत नहीं की ।

लुटाता रहा प्यार तुम पर मैं अपना ।

मगर तुमसे मैंने शिकायत नहीं की ।

ये दुनिया खिलाफ़त पे उतरी थी मेरे ।

कभी तुमने भी तो वकालत नहीं की ।

शरारत हमारे तो रग रग बसी थी।

मगर हमने देखा, शरारत नहीं की ।

मैं सब जानता था तेरे बारे फिर भी ।

कभी बातें करता,  हिमाक़त नहीं की ।

कभी बाप ने जो मुहब्बत नहीं की ।

किसी बात पर भी बग़ावत नहीं की ।

कभी साथ देते जो दुनिया के आगे ।

कभी "गीत" पर ये इनायत नहीं की।
