Forgive me, Mother, for love they fail to see,

They do not let you live as you should be.

ਤੇ ਲੰਮੀ ਲੱਗੇ ਹਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ, ਮੁਹੱਬਤ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ।

ਜਿੱਧਰ ਵੇਖੀਏ ਯਾਰ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਵੇ,

ਤੇ ਦਿਲ ਘਬਰਾਵੇ, ਮੁਹੱਬਤ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ।

ਹਰ ਪਲ ਹਰ ਘੜੀ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਸਤਾਏ,

ਤੇ ਨੀਂਦ ਨਾ ਆਏ, ਮੁਹੱਬਤ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ।

ਜੀਅ ਇਹ ਚਾਹੇ, ਯਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਖੁਦਾ ਮੰਨਿਏ,

ਚਾਹੇ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂ ਅਣਜਾਣੇ, ਮੁਹੱਬਤ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ।

When we talk in any way,

They reply in a different way.

Why they have changed, no one knows;

Lost in thoughts, away they go.

Someone should ask them today,

Why they have become this way.

We will heal their heart with care,

Remove the burden resting there.

Tell your sorrow, do not delay;

We will take your pain away.

ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ।
