जीवन में चलती रहती सुख-दुख की लहरें।
अकेले फिर भी कभी कोई पल मिल जाता इनको जब यह ठहरें।
पर कोई आकर छेड़ जाता इन लहरों को जब।
मुश्किल हो जाता फिर, कैसे कोई इनको शांँत करे तब।
जीवन के इस खेल में , हमारी जिंदगी की लहरों में।
आते रहते हैं लोग कई ,जो छेड़ जाते हैं उन लहरों को।
ठहराव देना कई बार कितना मुश्किल हो जाता है।
और फिर जूझती रहती हैं लहरें आपस में।
छेड़ने वाला लहरों को ,निकल जाता है कहीं किनारा छोड़कर।
और लहरें आपस में टकराती हुई निकल जाना चाहती हैं किनारे से आगे बंधन तोड़ के।

Jeevan mein chalti rahati sukh-dukh ki lehren.
Akele phir bhi kabhi koi pal mil jaata inako jab yah thehren.
Par koi aakar chhed jaata in lehron ko jab.
mushkil ho jaata phir, kaise koi inako shant kare tab.
Jeevan ke is khel mein tumhari jindagi see laharon mein.
Aate rahate hain log kai ,jo chhed jaate hain un leharon ko.
Thehrav dena kai baar kitna mushkil ho jaata hai.
Aur phir joojhati rahati hain lehren aapas mein.
Chhedne vaala leharon ko ,nikal jaata hai kaheen kinaara chhodkar.
Aur lehren aapas mein takraatee hui nikal jaana chaahati hain kinaare se aage bandhan tod ke.

Waves of happiness and sorrow continue in life.
Alone , they get a moment when they stay calm.
But when someone comes and disturbs these waves.
It would have become difficult then, how could someone pacify them then.
In this game of life your life is like waves.
Many people keep coming, who disturb those waves.
How difficult it is to pause at times.
And then the waves keep fighting with each other.
The one who teases the waves, leaves somewhere leaving the shore.
And the waves collide with each other and want to go beyond the shore by breaking the bond.
