लाना था उन्हें पास मगर ला न सके ।
बहुत चाह कर भी वो, दिल में समा न सके ।
क्या बताऊंँ चाहा तो हमने भी था वो हमें चाहें।
पर हुआ कुछ चाहा कि वो हमें चाह न सके।
इंतजार हमें भी था उनके आने का मगर ।
क्या करें उनके इंतजार में पलके बिछा न सके।
चाहा था बाहों में झूलना उनकी।
दुनिया के डर से बाहों में उनकी समा/जा न सके।
रह गई सोच मन की मेरे मन में ही ।
एक दूसरे के करीब कभी हम आ न सके।

Bahut chaah kar vo dil mein sma na sake .
Kya bataun chaha to hamne bhi tha vo hamen chaahen.
Par hua kuch aisa chah ke vo hamen chah na sake.
Intajaar hamen bhi tha unke aane ka magar .
Kya karen unke intajaar mein palken bichha na sake.
Chaaha tha baahon mein jhoolana unaki.
Duniya ke dar se baahon mein unki sma na sake.
Reh gai soch man ki mere man mein hi .
Ek doosre ke kareeb kabhi aa na ske.

Wanted to bring them near but could not .
He could not merge in the heart even after desiring a lot.
What should I say, I wanted him to like me.
But something happened that he could not love me.
I was also waiting for his arrival.
What to do,I could not able to welcome him.
I wanted to swing in his arms.
Due to the fear of the world, could not be in his arms.
The thought of the mind remained in my mind only.
Could never come close to each other.
