Badee der tak karate rahe the ham, aankhon mein aankhen daal,
Keise le gaee thee dil, vo baat, us baat kee na poochho.
Chaandanee raat ,baadalon mein chaand ka dikhana ,kabhee chhupana.
Kitane haseen the vo lamhaat, un lamhaat kee na poochho.
Badee der chalate rahe the ham saath saath , ek hee raah par.
Chhode the kitane nishaanaat,un nishaanaat kee na poochho.
Chalte hue gunagunaana aur phir laphjon ka piro jaana.
Kitane sundar the vo nagamaat, un nagamaat kee na poochho.
