है इरादा बिजलियाँ किस पर गिराने को।
जाने किन किन इम्तिहानो से गुजारा है ।
इक हमीं थे बस तुझे भी आजमाने को।
तीर नज़रों के चलाते हो गिराने को ।
देख सीना है निशाने पर, लगाने को।
हमने महफिल है सजाई अपने शब्दों की।
आ गए हैं देख गजलें हम सुनाने को।

Kyon chala aata hai dil mera dukhaane ko.
Aa kabhee to paas, maraham bhee lagaane ko.
Teree saanse hain bahut ,mahakaane ko lekin.
Itr le aaya hoon, saanson mein milaane ko.
Vo Bade saj dhaj ke aae dekho mehaphil mein.
Hai iraada bijaliyaan kis par giraane ko.
Jaane kin kin imtihaano se gujaara hai .
Ik hamm hi the bas tujhe bhee aajamaane ko.
Teer nazaron ke chalaate ho giraane ko .
Dekh seena hai nishaane par, lagaane ko.
Hamne mehphil hai sajai apane shabdon kee.
Aa gae hain dekh Gajalen ham sunaane ko.
