न सोचो थम सी जाती है।

जैसे माहौल में रहो बन सी जाती है ।

सोचो तो काली, सोचो तो वही हसीन रात है।

वहीं बरसात का मौसम 

उम्र वालों के लिए कच कच,

प्यार करने वालों के लिए जज्बात है ।

उम्र तो गणना है ।

ख्याल रखो सेहत का और दिल का ।

जैसे खाने का वैसे अच्छे माहौल का ।

खुशनुमा जीवन है तो और जीने की तमन्ना है ।

नहीं कहोगे क्या रखा है जीवन में अंत तो मरना है ।

उम्र का क्या है सोचने लगो तो बढ़ने लगती है ।

ना सोचो तो यह सिर्फ एक गणना है।

Na socho tham see jaatee hai.

Jaisa maahaul mein raho ban see jaatee hai .

Sochane kee baat hai .

Socho to kaalee, socho to vahee haseen raat hai.

Vaheen barasaat ka mausam 

Mmr vaalon ke lie kach kach,

Pyaar karane vaalon ke lie jajbaat hai .

Umr to ganana hai .

Khyaal rakho sehat ka aur dil ka .

Jaise khaane ka vaise achchhe maahaul ka .

Khushanuma jeevan hai to aur jeene kee tamanna hai .

Nahin kahoge kya rakha hai jeevan mein ant to marana hai .

Umr ka kya hai sochane lago to hone lagatee hai .

Na socho to yah sirph ek ganana hai.
