चोट इस दिल पे लगी थी।

टूट तब दम सा गया था।

सोच में जब डूबा तेरी।

तब वक्त थम गया था।

होश कुछ मुझको नहीं था।

यादों में रम सा गया था।

" गीत" ने जब छोड़ा मुझको।

जोश हो कम सा गया था।

Mujh pe chha gam sa gaya tha.

Khoon kuchh jam sa gaya tha.

Gair kee baahon mein dekha.

Toot tab dam sa gaya tha.

Chot tab dil pe lagee thee.

Main vaheen jam sa gaya tha.

Sochon mein dooba tha teree.

Ye vakt phir tham gaya tha.

Hosh mujhako kuchh nahin tha.

Yaadon mein ram sa gaya tha.

Chhod jab mujhako gaee thee.
