दिल किसी का है जितना आसान दुखाना।
मुश्किल है उतना ही उसको मनाना।
एक पल में ही यह दुख जाता है ।
मनाने में लग जाता है जमाना ।
बहुत मासूम होता है यह दिल बेचारा ।
दर-दर भटकता न मिलता ठिकाना ।
चाहता है सुकून पल दो पल का जब यह ।
न जाने क्यों पीछे पड़ जाता जमाना ।
कोई आए बहलाए इसको जरा तो ।
उसको ही भगवान इसने है माना।

Dil kisee ka hai jitana aasaan dukhaana.
Mushkil hai utana hee usako manaana.
Ek pal mein hee yah dukh jaata hai .
Manaane mein lag jaata hai jamaana .
Bahut maasoom hota hai yah dil bechaara .
Dar-dar bhatakata na milata thikaana .
Chaahta hai sukoon pal do pal ka jab yah .
Na jaane kyon peechhe pad jaata jamaana .
Koee aae bahalae isako jara to .
Usko hee bhagavaan isamen hai maana.

It's easy to hurt someone's heart.

This poor heart is very innocent.
It wander from place to place.
Wants to have a relaxed moment.
