Radeef karne aa gae  रदीफ़ करने आ गए

लगा था वो हमें के प्यार करने आ गए।

हुआ यूंँ था कि वो तकरार करने आ गए।

किया इज़हार था हमने जो अपने प्यार का।

मगर वो तो हमें इंकार करने आ गए ।

पुजारी हम तो थे बस प्यार के उनके मगर।

न जाने क्यों वो तो तकरार करने आ गए।

कभी जो प्यार से करते नहीं थे बात भी।

शिकायत जब हुई, इजहार करने आ गए।

कभी तकलीफ़ में पूछा नहीं उसने हाल, क्यों।

नज़र हमको लगा बीमार करने आ गए ।

लगाना था जिन्हें मरहम वही सारे, ज़ख्म।

हरे अब "गीत" बारमबार करने आ गए।

Hua yoonn tha ki vo takaraar karane aa gae.

Kiya izahaar tha hamane jo apane pyaar ka.

Magar vo to hamen inkaar karane aa gae .

Pujaaree ham to the bas pyaar ke unake magar.

Na jaane kyon vo to takaraar karane aa gae.

Kabhee jo pyaar se karate nahin the baat bhee.

Shikaayat jab huee, ijahaar karane aae gae.

Kabhee takaleef mein poochha nahin usane haal, kyon.

Nazar hamako laga beemaar karane aa gae .

Lagaana tha jinhen maraham vahee saare, zakhm.

Hare vo "geet" baaramabaar karane aa gae.

(English meaning)

It seemed that he had come to love us.

What happened was that they came to argue.

We expressed our love.

But they have come to deny us.

We were like only because of their love.

Don't know why they came to quarrel.

Who never even talked lovingly.

When there was a complaint, they came to express it.

When in trouble he never asked about my condition, why.

It seemed to us that they had come to make us sick.

All the wounds that had to be healed were, the same.
