Qafia aan Radeef Ho gae

क़ाफ़िया आन रदीफ हो गए

क्यों साथ मेरे चल के भी अनजान हो गए। 

और हम यूंँ ही तेरे लिए बदनाम हो गए। 

सोचा मिलेगा हमको सुकून साथ हो जो तुम 

पर जिंदगी का तुम मेरी तूफान हो गए। 

र्बबाद तुम करोगे मुझे, था कहांँ पता।

हम खामखा ही तुम पे थे कुर्बान हो गए।

चाहा था घूमना हो तगाफुल सा,पर सनम।

क्यों जिंदगी का आप थे समान हो गए।

ऐसा भी क्या छुपा रहे थे तुम जो "गीत" से।

क्यों देखते ही तुम उसे हैरान हो गए।

Kyon saath mere chal ke bhee anajaan ho gae. 

Aur ham yoonn hee 

Tere lie badanaam ho gae. 

Socha milega hamako sukoon saath ho jo tum 

Zindagi ka tum meree toophaan ho gae. 

Barbaad tum karoge mujhe, tha kahaann pata.

Ham khaamakha hee tum pe the kurbaan ho gae.

Chaaha tha ghoomana ho tagaaphul sa,par sanam.

Kyon jindagee ka aap the samaan ho gae.

Aisa bhee kya chhupa rahe the tum jo "geet" se.

Kyon dekhate hee tum use hairaan ho gae.

Why did you become unaware of even walking with me?

And we became infamous for you just like that.

I thought we would find peace if you were with me.

You have become my storm of life.

I never knew that you would destroy me.

We were silent and sacrificed ourselves for you.

I wanted to roam freely but dear.

Why did life become like you?

What were you hiding from the "Geet"?

Why were you surprised the moment you saw him?
