Hindi version 749
Punjabi version 2951
O Sun, in your warm embrace,
I close my eyes, feel your grace.
For a moment, I sit in peace,
Silent, letting all thoughts cease.
I ponder struggles, life's sharp strife,
The bitter trials that shape my life.
Today, the winter sun feels kind,
Its gentle touch soothes my mind.
But yesterday, when heat did stay,
Why was my heart in such dismay?
And if this warmth were not here now,
Where would I find this calm somehow?
Those trials then, those bitter days,
Have paved my life in peaceful ways.
The pain of then, the strife endured,
Brought joys today, by time ensured.
For every hardship, every tear,
Built the strength that led me here.
Through past burdens, my soul did rise,
To craft the life I now realize.
