2930 Nanak’s words Not just chant, but understand

When all sit down to share a meal,

Where’s the caste and creed to feel?

Together as one, they sit in line,

No talk of breaking, all align.

Human was human, pure and free,

Faith and rituals came later to be.

In the web of illusion, he’s caught,

His humanness now all forgot.

Let’s ponder and reflect,

On Nanak’s words, let’s connect.

Not just chant, but understand,

And mend ourselves with a guiding hand.
