रावण कहां रुक गया था, सीता को अकेला देखकर।
पूरे कपड़े पहने थे सीता ने ,फिर भी ले आया था उठा कर।
रावण जैसों से बचना है तो, सीता सी शक्ति लानी होगी ।
क्या पहना है दूसरों ने ,इस चर्चा की बात दबानी होगी।
द्रोपदी का चीर हरण चीर डाला था ,तब ही तो कर पाए थे वो।
बंद करो बातें, क्या वस्त्र पहने वो, दुशासन की आंखें फोड़ों।
वस्त्र का कोई महत्व नहीं है, आंख उनकी कुचलनी होगी।
अंतरंगता पर कोई कुछ भी कह सकता है, यह बात बदलनी होगी।
जिस कुल में वस्त्र नहीं पहने जाते, क्या वहां चीरहरण होते रहते हैं ।
मर्दों की मर्यादा पर कोई बात नहीं, स्त्री पर ही चर्चा करते रहते हैं ।
जिनको कोई काम नहीं ,बस उनका ध्यान इधर ही रहता है।
काम में लगे लोगों को, दूसरों के वस्त्र का ध्यान कहां रहता है।
औरों की मर्यादा छोड़ो, अपनी मर्यादा का ध्यान करो ।
सब अपनी अपनी मर्यादा देखें, खुद पर ही अभिमान करो।
जो तुम्हें नहीं देखना चाहिए, आंखें नीची करके गुजरो।
पराई स्त्री को बहन समझो, इस बात पर खरा उतरो।

Ravan Kahan Ruk gya tha sita ko akela dekhakar.
Poore kapade pehane the seeta ne phir bhee le aaya tha utha kar.
Raavan jaison se bachana hai to, seeta see shakti laanee hogee .
Kya pehna hai doosaron ne is charcha kee baat dabaanee hogee.
Dropadee ka cheer haran,cheer daala tha tab hee to kar pae the vo.
Band karo baaten, kya vastr pahane vo, dushaasan kee aankhen phodon.
Vastr ka koee mahatv nahin hai aankh unakee kuchalanee hogee.
Antarangata par koee kuchh bhee keh sakata hai, yah baat badalanee hogee.
Jis kul main vaster Nahin pehne hate,kya vahaan cheeraharan hote rahate hain .
Nardon kee maryaada par koee baat nahin stree par hee charcha karate rahate hain .
jinako koee kaam nahin ,bas unaka dhyaan idhar hee rahata hai.
Kaam mein lage logon ko doosaron ke vastr ka dhyaan kahaan rahata hai.
Auron kee maryaada chhodo apanee maryaada ka dhyaan karo .
Sab apanee apanee maryaada dekhen, khud par hee abhimaan karo.
Jo tumako nahin dekhana chaahie aankhen neeche karake gujaro.
Paraee stree ko bahan samajho, is baat par khara utaro.

Where did Ravana stop looking at Sita alone.
Sita was wearing full clothes yet she was brought up.
If you want to avoid people like Ravana, you have to bring the power of Sita.
