When I speak of health, it's a treasure, a priceless goal,
In this world, no one can measure its true role.
Care for your health each day and night,
You must look after yourself; no one else will make it right.
When the body is well, the mind feels light,
The mind finds joy only when the body’s in sight.
With a healthy body, the world’s tasks will gleam,
Only when fit, does relaxation fulfill the dream.
So, take good care of your body, and you'll find,
This whole world will seem beautiful to your mind.
