ਵੱਧਦਾ ਜਾਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਜਾ ਨਿੱਤ ਨਵੀਂ ਸੀੜੀ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਮਿਲ਼ਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨਾਮ।
ਮਿਹਨਤ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਲਿਆਂਦੀ ਗਰੀਬੀ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ।

Khambh phaịlā'ō āpaṇē, bhar la'ō āpaṇī uḍān.
Haunsalā rakhō buland, chhūh lavō asamān.
Vadhadā jā chadadā jā nit navīṁ sīdī.
Ḍaran dī kō'ī vaj'hā nahīṁ, rāhāṁ hōṇgī'āṁ āsāan.
Mehanatal har mazil dī kūnjī, khōlē kisamat dā tālā.
Is tōṁ binā tāṁ miḻdā nahīṁ, jīvan vich inām.
Mehnat dī kamī li'āndī garībī inasān vich.
Mihanat karakē hī ādamī baṇndā hai dhanvān.
