3175 Silence is spread all around (English poetry)

Presenting Book to renowned urdu Shayar Sh. Shams Tabrezi

Hindi version 960

Punjabi 2496

Silence is spread all around, the blooms have died away,
Thorns have built the homes now, where flowers used to stay.

Even the moon has lost its shine, no silver beams at play,
The rose has dried in thirst so deep, as colors fade to gray.

All seem ready here to fall, to end and fade one day,
Restlessness is everywhere, like skies that won't obey.

Death still walks without a pause, in progress’s grand display,
But who would care or stop to ask, or let their thoughts delay?

If only God would show His grace, and kindly clear the way,
A miracle of mercy now is all for which we pray.
