3286 Don't Misunderstand (English poetry)

 

When parents speak, don’t turn away,
They love you more than words can say.

They faced the pain to see you grow,
Their blessings guide you as you go.

Now serve them well with heart and hand,
Don’t call it duty or demand.

They know your faults, yet still they care,
Their love is pure beyond compare.

They act so calm, as if they know none,
But they’ve seen life beneath the sun.

Their hearts are soft though words may bite,
Their love will shine through darkest night.

The book you’ve read is small, my friend,
The world is vast, it has no end.

They gave you life, your joy, your way,
Don’t treat their love as debt to pay.

Your goal is far, don’t think it’s near,
Keep walking on, with faith, not fear.

O 'Geet', your path is long, be strong,
The road ahead is wide and long.

3285 Don’t Think It’s Easy (English poetry)

  

The fight you face my friend, is tpugh to defend,
To win with courage, bold and true, is not a simple end.

You’ve called your enemy to war, now think before you bend,
To face it all and never run,  is hard, my fearless friend.

The world’s deep troubles fill your heart, they twist, they twist they never end,
To free yourself and still win peace, is tough, my dearest friend.

One day you’ll rise beyond this clouds, the storm will surely end,
But staying calm in brighter days, is hard, you must defend.

When love began, you saw its fire, its pain that none can mend,
To leave that burning love behind, is not so easy, friend.

He gave his all to cross the waves, his' strength he chose to spend,
What he achieved through toil and pain was not an easy end.

The hall is bright, the crowd is loud, all cheers begin to blend,
But where respect is lost within, don’t stay, my noble friend.

When 'Geet' gave love with all her heart, she didn’t just pretend,
She gave her soul, but never took his , love’s never easy, friend.

रदीफ़ मत समझो 

कहें जब कुछ तुम्हें माँ बाप तो फ़रमान मत समझो।

भला वो चाहते हैं तुम उसे अपमान मत समझो।

सहीं थी मुश्किलें कितनी बड़ा तुमको किया था जब। 

बने हो तुम बड़े तो खुद को अब भगवान मत समझो।

तुम्हारा फर्ज है मांँ बाप की सेवा करो अब तुम। 

जो तुम करते हो सेवा तो उसे एहसान मत समझो।

सभी वो जानते हैं गलतियांँ जो भी हो तुम करते। 

वो करते माफ फिर भी हैं उन्हें अनजान मत समझो। 

दिखाते कुछ नहीं वो प्यार में, पर जानते हैं सब। 

उन्होंने देखी है दुनिया उन्हें नादान मत समझो।

बड़े कोमल हैं उनके भाव, लगते सख़्त जो तुमको। 

ज़रा देखो तुम उनका प्यार उन्हें चट्टान मत समझो।

अभी तुमने पढ़ी है जो, वो इक छोटी सी पुस्तक है । 

अभी है देखनी दुनिया उसे दीवान मत समझो। 

किया पैदा तुम्हें चाहे उन्हें भगवान मत समझो। 

करो सेवा मगर उनकी, उसे भुगतान मत समझो। 

अभी चलना तुम्हें है 'गीत' लंबी राहों पर देखो।

अभी है दूर मंजिल तुम इसे आसान मत समझो।

रदीफ़ आसान मत समझो

है करना आज जिससे सामना आसान मत समझो।

हैं अब तो जीतना, लोहा लिया आसान मत समझो।

दिया ललकार दुश्मन को बता फिर सोचना कैसा।

डटे रहना नहीं और भागना आसान मत समझो। 

फँसी है उलझनें दुनिया की जो तेरे कलेजे में। 

निकलना चाहते गर जीतना आसान मत समझो। 

निकल जाओगे इक दिन तुम कभी जब इस मुसीबत से।

उसे फिर उस तरह संभालना आसान मत समझो। 

हुआ जब प्यार तुमने देख ही ली थी तड़प उसकी।

निकलना चाहते गर मसअला आसान मत समझो

लगा दी जान उसने सारी उसको पार करने में।

है हासिल आज उसने जो किया आसान मत समझो।

लगी महफिल, है रौनक छा गई है, हर तरफ हरसू। 

न हो इज्जत वहांँ तो बैठना आसान मत समझो।

किया जब प्यार उससे 'गीत' ने बदले में क्या चाहा।

दिया दिल पर नहीं उसका लिया आसान मत समझो।
