सोनमर्ग की वादी में घूमें जोड़े कर सिंगार।
बीच में वादी फैली है,चारों ओर पहाड़।
कहीं झरने, कहीं पेड़, कहीं बर्फ से लदे पहाड़।
जो भी इस वादी में घूमे मन में भर दे प्यार।
ऊपर खिली है धूप जो, देती अलग ही एहसास।
नीचे चलती शीतल हवा भर देती उल्लास।
बीचों-बीच बहती नदी करती अलग ही शोर।
कल कल की इस ध्वनी से, नाचे मन का मोर।
खिंचे आते हैं लोग देखने जन्नत की तस्वीर।
सच कहा है किसी ने जन्नत है कश्मीर।

Sonamarg kee vaadee mein ghoomen jode kar singaar.
Beech mein vaadee phailee hai aas paas hain pahaad.
Kaheen jharane, kaheen ped, kaheen barph se lade pahaad.
Jo bhee is vaadee mein ghoome man mein bhar de pyaar.
Upar khilee hai dhoop, detee alag hee ehasaas.
Neeche chalatee sheetal hava bhar detee ullaas.
Beechon-beech bahatee nadee karatee alag hee shor.
Kal kal kee is dhvanee se, naache man ka mor.
Khinche aate hain log dekhane jannat kee tasveer.
Sach kaha hai kisee ne jannat hai kashmeer.

Roam in the valley of Sonamarg in pairs.
There is a valley in the middle and mountains nearby.
Somewhere there are waterfalls, somewhere trees, somewhere snow mountains.
Whoever wanders in this valley should fill his heart with love.
The sun is shining above, giving a different feeling.
The cool breeze blowing below fills you with joy.
The river flowing in the middle makes a different noise.
With this sound of flowing water the peacock of the mind dances.
People come here to see the picture of heaven.
It is true that someone has said that Kashmir is heaven.
