ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਦਰਦ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ, ਗੈਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਔਕਾਤ ਹੈ ਕਿੱਥੇ।
ਆਪਣਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਸ ਹੈ ਲਾਉਂਦੇ, ਗੈਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਰਵਾਹ ਕਿੱਥੇ।
ਪਿਆਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕਰਦੇ, ਇਸੇ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਦਮ ਨੇ ਭਰਦੇ।
ਜਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਪੈਂਦੀ, ਰਾਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਉਹ ਬਦਲਦੇ।
ਆਪਣਾ-ਆਪਣਾ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ, ਗੈਰ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਦ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ।
ਆਸ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਐਨੀ ਕਰਦੇ, ਤਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਏਨਾ ਦਰਦ ਨੇ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ।
ਕੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਰਾਇਆ ਬਣਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ।
ਜਦ ਕੰਮ ਪਏ ਤਾਂ ਨਾ ਗ਼ੈਰ ਨਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਮ ਆਉਂਦੇ।
ਉਸ ਰੱਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਆਪ ਰਮਾ ਲੈ ,ਐ ਇਨਸਾਨ।
ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹਰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਉਹਦੇ ਕੋਲ, ਉਹੀ ਸਾਥ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੇ।

Āpaṇē hī darad dindē nē, gairan dī aukāt hai kithē.
Āpaṇi'āṁ tōn āas hai lā'undē, gairāṁ dī paravāh kithē.
Pi'ār asīn jihafā karadē, is dā uha dam nē bhardē.
Jad unhāṁ dī lōṛ hai paindī, raāh āpaṇī uh badaladē.
Āpaṇā-āpaṇā kahindē rahindē, gair patā nahīṁ kad hō jāndē.
Āas uhanā tōṁ ainī kardē, tad tāṁ ēnā darad nē pā'undē.
Kī āpaṇā parā'i'ā baṇa rakhi'ā hai dunī'āṁ vich.
Jad kamm pa'ē tān nā ġair nā āpaṇē kamm āa'undē.
Us rab vich tū āpaṇā aāp rmā lai,ai insāan.
Ki'uṅki har muśhkil dā hall uhadē kōl, uhī sāth nibhā'undē.

Our own people give pain, where is the chance of others.
We hope from the our people, where do we care about others?
The love that we do, that's why they are full of love.
When their need arises, they change their path.
They keep saying their own, they don't know when they will be.
If you expect so much from them, then you get so much pain.
Have you kept your distance in the world?
When there was work, neither the others nor their own work.
Rejoice in that God, man.
Because the solution of every difficulty is with him..
