I celebrate Karva Chauth with care,
Waking at dawn, a meal I share.
In the day, I chant the Lord’s name,
Waiting for evening to end the same.
Dressed up in all my finest wear,
With jewels and makeup, I prepare.
I worship Karva Chauth with grace,
With married women, I take my place.
At night, when the moonlight shines bright,
Spreading its glow so pure and white.
Blessings from the goddess I receive,
To my love, I bow and believe.
